No one understands this better than Vicki Nelson. A 32 year Tacoma resident, Vicky has been in banking since 1979. She began her career at several community banks, before moving to Bank of America, where she spent 20 years developing her financial knowledge in various areas of the banking world.

She proudly continues her career at Harborstone. In business services, she is noted for meticulous attention to detail, sound decision making, and dedication to the very greatest client satisfaction. Vicky believes in the "ultimate member experience" and strives to deliver to each and every member she touches.

Believing everyone should have the opportunity to experience this type of member service, she reaches out to the local business owners and their employees to extend all the benefits Harborstone has to offer. She has a warm, friendly nature, and is deeply involved in outreach to the underserved markets.

Vicky is the treasurer for the Pierce County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, is on the Steering Committee for the Weed & Seed Committee in Lakewood, and supports our military soldiers and families by volunteering her time and knowledge.
