Protection Plus: Maintaining an account in good standing is defined as making regular deposits to sufficiently cover transactions, bringing account to a positive balance at least once every 15 days, and having no outstanding legal orders to the contrary. $30 fee is charged per VISA debit/POS, ATM, NSF check, and ACH transaction overdrawing the account. All checking accounts 31 days old or older in good standing are eligible. Protection Plus is noncontractual and is discretionary. It is not a Harborstone Credit Union obligation, and Harborstone may refuse to provide the service on any checking account at any time. The member does not have a contractual right to overdraft protection, nor is it guaranteed by the extended overdraft policy.
