Portfolio Advantage Plus 5/5 ARM You want to make a small or no down payment. No down payment required. Great low initial rate.

Rate adjusts every five years, with a maximum of 2% per adjustment.
No mortgage insurance is required.

Must be primary residence.

Rate may not adjust more than 5% over the life of the loan.
Manufactured Home Program You are purchasing a manufactured home on a permanent foundation that is an existing property. 5% minimum down payment required. Determined by buyer's credit score and additional variables. Must be owner-occupied and built after June 1976.

Up to 65% LTV cash-out refinancing may be available.
HomeReady Program You are creditworthy, with low to moderate income. Down payments as low as 3%.

Gifts and grants can be used for down payment and/or closing costs.
Determined by buyer's credit score and additional variables. Private mortgage insurance is cancelable.

Must complete an online homebuying course.
Portfolio Conforming 7/1 ARM You are looking for a rate that is initially low for an extended period of time.

Down payments as low as 5%.
