Insured by NCUA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PNW Premier dividends display on the monthly statement as two entries: \u201cDividend Credit\u201d and \u201cRewards Credit.\u201d The \u201cDividend Credit\u201d is the base rate earned by all PNW Premier members whether or not the account has met the reward rate criteria for the statement cycle. If the criteria for the bonus rate have been met, a second entry will display the \u201cReward Credit.\u201d Because the base dividend has already been paid, the reward credit will be calculated as the reward rate less the base rate. Monthly statements display an APYE (Annual Percentage Yield Earned) and can vary from the account\u2019s stated APY (Annual Percentage Yield). Since PNW Premier offers one 0.05% for the entire balance and 6.78% for qualifying balances up to $4,000, the APYE will reflect the \u201cblending\u201d of these two. Account open days, deposits, and withdrawals will all affect the APYE. The higher the balance gets over $4,000, the lower the APYE gets. This is due to the blending of money accruing at the 0.05% with the $4,000 accruing at the 6.78% rate.
