APY = annual percentage yield. IRA certificates are open to personal accounts and must be opened at a Harborstone branch location. Standard certificates are open to personal and business accounts. Personal accounts can be opened online, over the phone, or in person. Business accounts can be opened in person only. <sup>1<\/sup>The special 3.75% APY for the 11-month standard or IRA certificates is available only to new and existing Harborstone checking account holders; a 3.50% APY is available for those without a Harborstone checking account. Early-withdrawal penalties may apply. Minimum balance is $500 with a maximum $1,000,000 deposit cap. Certificate specials require new money.<sup>\u2020<\/sup> Fees may reduce earnings. New membership must include a savings account with a minimum $5 opening balance. Your savings are federally insured to at least $250,000.
