Join Harborstone's Board of Directors or Supervisory Committee

Each year, Harborstone Credit Union has Board of Director positions and Supervisory Committee positions whose terms are expiring. For 2027, there are:

• Three positions for the Board of Directors
• Two positions for the Supervisory Committee

Before Harborstone Credit Union’s Annual Meeting (March 18, 2027), the Board’s Nominating Committee must submit a ballot nominating members for expiring Board of Director and Supervisory Committee positions.

In the process of creating this ballot, the Nominating Committee considers the desire to serve from incumbent Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee members and the applications from Harborstone Credit Union members who meet the qualifications for the positions. The Nominating Committee may also interview members who have submitted applications.

Interested candidates must submit the following documents by November 13, 2026:

• A copy of your resume. Please include your contact information (phone number and email address).
• A letter that authenticates your membership of the Credit Union.
• A statement of your willingness to serve.

Nomination by Petition:

An alternative method of nomination is Nomination by Petition. Any qualified member who wishes to be a candidate for a Board of Directors or Supervisory Committee position, and who meets the qualification requirements, may collect the signatures of 500 eligible members and submit a petition to the Credit Union’s Nominating Committee by November 13, 2026. A statement of willingness to serve must accompany the petition and be mailed to the above address.
