To add, remove, or change a beneficiary on your account, visit one of our branches, call Member Services at 1-800-523-3641, or contact us via chat or secure email within Online Banking.

eStatements are electronic versions of your regular paper statements. They are stored in Online Banking and the Mobile App.

To opt into eStatements through Online Banking:

1. Log in. 
2. Hover over the Services menu and select eStatements & Notices. 
3. Click Settings. 
4. Check the Resume box, and click Submit.

To opt into eStatements from the Mobile App: 

1. Log in. 
2. Tap More. 
3. Select eStatements & Notices. 
4. Under the More option in the blue bar at the top, select Settings. 
5. Check the Resume box and tap Submit. 
6. Verify the information that populates, and tap Yes at the bottom.

You can locate this under the "Support" button in the top right-hand side of your Online Banking page after logging in or at the bottom of the "More" menu on the Mobile App.

An overdraft fee applies when you pay for an item without the available funds to cover the purchase and Harborstone allows the transaction to clear your account, drawing your balance below $0. For more information, see Harborstone's overdraft enrollment options.

An insufficient funds fee (NSF fee) will be charged to your account if you do not have funds to cover an item clearing your account such as a check, Bill Pay, or ACH payment.
