Mith has been in the financial services industry since 2011, building extensive experience across both retail and mortgage banking. His career has spanned various leadership positions, utilizing his broad knowledge to support his team and clients. At Savi, Powered by Harborstone Credit Union, he serves Snohomish, King, Skagit, and Whatcom counties.

He holds a Management Certificate from Harvard University and is actively involved in the local community as an Ambassador for the Snohomish Chamber of Commerce and a member of Engage Everett, Engage Snohomish, and the Marysville Chamber of Commerce.
