Stacy Warner is a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator at Harborstone Credit Union with more than 15 years of experience across mortgage lending, banking, loan servicing, processing, and underwriting. Her experience across the entire mortgage process gives her a unique perspective and allows her to help borrowers navigate home financing with confidence.
As the spouse of an active-duty service member, Stacy has a personal understanding of the needs of Veterans and military families. She specializes in VA home loans, helping Veterans, active-duty service members, and eligible borrowers understand their VA benefits and financing options. Stacy also offers FHA, USDA, Jumbo, and conventional home loans, as well as Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) programs.
Stacy serves homebuyers throughout Western Washington, including Skagit County, Whatcom County, Pierce County, Oak Harbor, Whidbey Island, and surrounding communities. She is especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers, military families, Veterans, and borrowers purchasing or building a home.
