Harborstone Credit Union will begin accepting your Savi, Powered by Harborstone loan payments beginning on Monday, September 14, 2026. Mail payments that are due on or after September 11, 2026, to: Harborstone Credit Union, Loan Payment, P.O. Box 4207, Tacoma, WA 98438. You may also drop off any loan payments at a branch, make a phone payment by calling 800-523-3641, or use online banking.

Direct deposits and/or automatic withdrawals currently posted to your Savi, Powered by Harborstone account will post to your Harborstone Credit Union account on their effective date. Any direct deposits/automatic withdrawals post-conversion day using your Savi account information will redirect for a limited time. We ask that you please update all your direct deposits to reflect Harborstone's routing number, 325180870, as soon as possible after September 14, 2026. Savi, Powered by Harborstone's routing number will remain in effect until January 1, 2027.

Your old routing number will redirect until January 1, 2027. We encourage you to update your information on or shortly after September 14, 2026.

All Harborstone statements cycles at the end of each month. Checking accounts are generated monthly; Money Market and Savings accounts are generated quarterly unless Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) activity occurs, which triggers a monthly statement. All Savi, Powered by Harborstone members will receive a statement through September 11, 2026. And a month-end statement after September 30, 2026.

Debit and credit card access remains available. For a list of available ATMs, visit coop.org/atm-network.

Update direct deposits to 325180870 as soon as possible after September 14. We recommend looking through your account history and making note of any billers or subscriptions that may be using your stored account information and updating with them directly on or shortly after September 14, 2026. The stored information will continue to function until January 1, 2027.

Following the completion of the conversion on September 14, 2026, your new routing number will be Harborstone’s routing number: 325180870. Your previous routing number will continue to redirect through January 1, 2027. We encourage you to update your routing number with any applicable companies or services on or shortly after September 14, 2026.

You can apply for a loan or open an account with Harborstone anytime. 

Your final Savi, Powered by Harborstone statement will be issued on September 11, 2026. Harborstone will issue a month-end statement for September, based on your delivery preferences.

Savi, Powered by Harborstone ATMs will be temporarily unavailable between September 11 - 14, 2026. You can still access ATMs at any participating CO-OP Network ATM. Visit coop.org/atm-network to find one near you.

You may contact Harborstone's Member Services at 800-523-3641 after September 14. Otherwise, you may continue to contact your local Savi, Powered by Harborstone branch.

Yes, your Savi debit card will work during conversion weekend. Please check back on August 15, 2026 for the specific time when your Savi debit card will stop working.

Yes. After September 14, the Savi, Powered by Harborstone systems will be fully integrated into Harborstone?s systems. You will be able to use all services at any branch location and contact center, including former Savi, Powered by Harborstone branches, and legacy Harborstone branches. No matter which location you visit, staff will be able to assist you with your accounts and transactions as expected.

Yes, you will receive a new debit card prior to September 14, 2026 in the mail sent to the address on record with Savi, Powered by Harborstone. You can activate your debit card on September 14, 2026, by following the instructions on the sticker attached to your new card. Do not attempt to activate your card prior to September 14, 2026 because it will not work.

If you'd like to order checks, please wait until after your account transitions to Harborstone on September 14, 2026. Then, simply call us at 1-800-523-3641 or contact your local branch, and we'll take care of it for you. As a welcome benefit, your first box of checks is complimentary. To ensure eligibility, place your order by November 13, 2026.

Yes, you will continue to have access to your past credit card payments. There will be no changes to your access or how you make payments.

All Savi, Powered by Harborstone ATMs remain available post-conversion; see harborstone.com/locations for additional ATMs. Please note that you will need your new Harborstone debit card to access your account through the ATM.

You'll still be able to use your debit card and withdraw cash from ATMs during conversion weekend (September 11 - 13). However, online banking will be temporarily unavailable.

We'll share the specific timing for this outage on August 15, so please check back then for more details.

As part of integration, some members will receive a new account number(s). If your account number(s) is impacted, you?ll receive a notice prior to the conversion.

You will receive a notice with your new account information at least two weeks before Conversion Day (September 11, 2026). If, after September 14, 2026, you would like to change the type of account(s) you have, please contact our Member Services at 1-800-523-3641 to discuss other account options.
